Aloha Friends, Vendors and Participating Organizations, The third annual Hawai`i Pacific Islands Kava Festival will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2006, at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa, main campus, on the "Mall." The hours will be from 9:00am to 5:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public. We expect an exciting music line up, more details will follow. album. Participate in a Hawaiian Kava Forum, including an up-to-date information and discussion on kava, & the ADC sponsored kava festival. Read a Master's Thesis on `Awa (Hawaiian kava) by a University of Hawai`i researcher. It deals with enthnobotanical aspects of Hawaiian kava. Its publishing date is 2004. (PDF file, ~3 MB) Join the Kava cause by volunteering or contributing toward the diffusion of knowledge and understanding as it relates to kava.
